Lost my old account so i cant appeal my ban.

I used to play fiveM as Double S ID:314790 and I got banned for cheating. I made an appeal to get unbanned and explained in the appeal how sorry i was. the CMG staff read my appeal and told me it had not been a year since i was banned it had only been roughly 8 months. with that i continued to play other games on my 5 year old PC which had all my account details on and i could only access my account through my old PC then the motherboard broke on my PC it was in a shop for months and the guy couldnt fix it so with that i ended up buying a new pc about 2 weeks ago. i tried to get into my old account to appeal my ban and enjoy CMG but i could not access my account ( my fiveM or my discord) it wouldnt let me so i just made a new discord and tried to get in touch with several members of staff to see how i could try and get unbanned but not one of them have answered me. my discord username is Xephzy. If any CMG staff could reach out and give me a helping hand it would be greatly appreciated!

Are you using the same Rockstar account as before? If not that could be the issue. If you appeal your ban anyway, a member of staff should be able to help.

I had to make a completely new account so I cannot verify in the discord to make a ticket because it says im ban evading the only account I got the same is my CFX.re account I’ve messaged lots of staff still waiting on replies
