My ban appeal got accepted by HQ but the same ban message keeps coming up when I try to connect to the server can someone call me or please help me on what I need to do

Look at the most updated appeal didnt mean to send twice needed to add more information, I included everything the admin said to my previous ban appeal and transferred it over to a new one with addition of words.
