I have been scammed as I was sold a car that is getti!g taken out of the game/re branded!

Please assist me with this the car is the 1:1 Lightning McQueen as I spent a lot of money on it and would hate if it’s ruined and I get no comp. Or this player done for scamming. As he clearly knew.
