When I attempt to spawn in my bugatti cheyron it just refuses to load and end up stuck in an unloaded vehicle.

Hi, I purchased 2 300kg trucks through the tebex store and I have only received one of the trucks within the game. I am unsure what to do and if you could provide some help that would be great.
