Random framedrops

So for reason I’ve been getting random framedrops I could have over 100fps then my game will drop to 0fps and freeze then goes back to over 100fps, this happens like every 5 mins or so it’s so annoying, I have a rtx 2070 and 16gb, is there any way to fix it

i used to get this when ur in game go to task manager and close all the apps the apps that are running in the background. Or it might be ur settings causing ur game to freeze turning on vysnc can also help with this type of stuff limits ur fps to 60 but it makes ur game feel smooth
