Why do you think you're eligible for an unban? : Hello to all of the people who are reading this ban appeal, and thank you for taking time out of your day to read this ban appeal. I would just like to point out and say I have been working on this ban appeal for quite a while now and I am hoping that this explanation makes you understand where I am coming from and why I am apologising for the rule I broke.
I think I am eligible for an unban because I have had nearly 2 years to reflect on what I have done and I would like to say that I would never do such a thing again it was a stupid thing to do. CMG was a big part of my life I would come online almost every day since I had started to play the server, While I have been banned I've been bouncing from game to game because I get bored of everything but when I played CMG I could play it for a long time without getting bored it was one of the best servers I have ever played and hope to play again soon.
if I was to be unbanned I would try get into different sides of cmg such as PD and NHS and I would also like to try get into RP since I haven't really tried that side of fivem yet also I don't see many if any people streaming cmg anymore so I would also like to try streaming if I was unbanned.
What rules(s) did you break? : The rules I broke was OOGT, Doxxing, Racism and irl threats which were some of the stupidest things I have ever done, I understand that I should have never done such a things and I would like to apologise for not taking these rules seriously; I can 100% guarantee that I have become a much better and honest person over the year and a half knowing that I would never do this again, its always best to be honest with all admins and everyone on the server.
I always had the feeling that I wasn't doing the right thing and it back fired on me which was my own fault, it was stupid and immature to do and it will never happen again. I hope you can take your time and take in to consideration that I'm being completely honest and that none of this would ever happen again.
OOGT - The reason I did this is because I was bored of the server and I was going to quit so I thought I would just get rid of everything I sold a small amount of money to an individual and then when I attempted to sell more I was caught out by an individual who then told an admin about me trying to break the OOGT rule. I honestly think this is a very daft rule to break and getting bored of the server should have not made me think to break the rule at all which I apologise for and it honestly will never happen again if I was to be unbanned.
Racism and Irl threats - I put these 2 rules together because they where to the same person, After the person told an admin that I was trying to OOGT which resulted in me getting banned I was just very angry and acted out of pure frustration going and messaging the person on discord was very childish and stupid and if I could find the person on discord I would go and apologise to him but I cant so I can only admit that my actions where immature.
Doxxing - Again the reason I did this was out of pure anger and frustration because I was refused a refund for a group lock I was on although it does not excuse my actions I just want to say that I did not do anything malicious to obtain the information and I should not have posted it anywhere at all.
What was the reason for the ban?: The reasons for the ban were OOGT, Doxxing, Racism and irl threats I sold a small amount of cmg money which was a stupid thing to do. It was a huge mistake on behalf of me and I learnt from this and really want to become a better person in the server. I knew that you could get banned from it instantly and it was a massive mistake that will never happen again. Since being banned I've watched people play CMG and realised how much fun I am missing out on; I really want to re-join the community and make friends with more people and get into roleplay a lot more. I have become very honest and mature over the year and a half I have had off this server and that year and a half made me realise how much I missed playing, playing CMG was a daily thing for me, id come on with friends and have fun everyday and not being able to do that has made me realise the mistakes I have made; I want to come back to CMG a better person and make sure everything is positive, I hope you understand where I am coming from and once again I apologise. Thank you. PLEASE USE THIS APPEAL AND NOT MY PREVIOUS ONE.
