Can i ask how this was resolved? i can't get my code

I've been trying for 2 days to connect to the server and all i'm getting is this (screenshot attached) I'm in the Discord server, everything is connected, i have pure mode on and it restarts to change game version, but nothing is connecting me to server or giving me my verification code
