Why do you think you're eligible for an unban? : Firstly, I think that I should be unbanned as the duration of my ban has made me consider and understand the stupid mistake I made which resulted in my ban. I have realised that associating with external modifications in anyway is unacceptable. I rarely fragged on the server and did not intend to frag with the cheater or use them to my advantage like others may have done however after realising the player was cheating I left them without telling an admin which is what I should have done. In my 3000 hours on the server I spent the majority on NHS in which I had over a thousand hours on the faction while spending a year and a half as command and around 4 months in a HQ position in which I have helped improve the faction by bringing developments alongside the other great command and HQ members. I was also on all 4 of the other factions having around 500 hours on these which I enjoyed the great roleplay and made good friends in that time which is the main reason why I played the server. As mentioned earlier I rarely fragged other than doing hostage situations as a civillian with friends as I enjoyed the roleplay with the police aswell as having fun.

The reason why I stayed in NHS command for the time that I did is because I enjoyed helping people wether it was new members who had a simple question or a command member who wanted to discuss something. This experience helped me reason with why my ban was valid and distruptive to the server as I would help with punishments that would help maintain the standards of the faction and this can be reflected on cmg as a whole as having a cheater in the server who was not reported would put others at a disadvantage and ruin their experience.
If my appeal were to be accepted I would like to rejoin NHS and stay in the faction at a lower level for the roleplay but also balance this out with other factions such as PD which although I had been on in the past I would like to progress further by joining CID as this is a way for me to experience some serious RP as well as achieving a higher rank then I was last time. Something I didnt go into much before I was banned was gang roleplay however after seeing other people do this roleplay I would like to try join one of the known gangs and progress through in which I could use my knowledge of running a cmg faction in the past to potentially help the gang develop. I would do this with my friends who still play and enjoy the server. Over my time on the server I have made many great friends which would be nice to speak to them if I were unbanned.
While I have been banned from CMG I have spent my time playing other genres of games with my good friends. It has also been nice to have a break from the server as I no longer needed to contribute to NHS. This time has made me reflect on the rule I have broken and understand what I did wrong and what I should have done. In future if I ever come across someone and find out they are cheating or ban evading to report it to an admin as soon as possible. Lastly I would like to apologies for what I have done and to anyone that may have been affected as having people who use external modifications on the server ruin the experience for everyone and if I had thought about the consequeces before making the stupid mistake then I would have reported it straight away but that is no excuse for what I did.
