    My exact point mate 8 days yet I’ve been waiting close to 8 months probs by time it’s in and yet the ticket still doesn’t seem to take priority

    Been waiting since 8th of November to get a car locked Dono team and car devs just patch messages no clue what’s happening waited 4 months for a reply in the first place and no it’s been on the sheet for 3 weeks would think a ticket been open this long would get some kind of priority

    I’ve had a ticket open to get a car baller locker since start of November I had to wait until the end of November for an initial reply which they requested more photos and I gave that day I then had to wait until the end of 28th January before they replied to any of my messages asking for the lock slot uuid, I replied same day with the id, I then had to wait until the end of march for another reply , the car was added to the sheet end of march and knocked back because I sent the wrong files (my fault was still branded) it was then re added to the sheet in April and was knocked back again due to “tfsi “ being on the engine I then had it fixed within a few days and gave them back the right files it was then knocked back few days later end of April because it didn’t spawn in with carbon wings even tho the carbon wings are supposed to be an extra and not apart of the kit , I then sent back files again with this problem fixed on 29th of April and it was added to the sheet stain now 3 weeks later no one is giving me an update on what’s happening with my car everyone I message airs me or points the blame to other members of staff u would think for a ticket being open 7 months it would get some sort of priority when there are people getting cars added within a month or so of the tickets being made complete piss take

    I am writing today because I'd like to re-appeal my appeal. I don't know if it was me using proper English or what not but I don't think I should have been denied my appeal. it's honestly a compliment if I do say so myself but I wrote that all myself. if you could get a third party to check it or reconsider it yourself that would be amazing.

    If they are not answering the best thing to do is make a unban appeal and explain what is going on in the appeal they will look into it pretty quickly
