What is your gang/organisation name?: The Richardsons EnterpriseWhat is your user ID?: 975When was your gang/organisation created?: 14/06/22What RP does your gang predominantly do?: The Richardson’s Family is a crime syndicate based in south London; we became infamous due to our rivalry with the Kray Firm as well as the phony trial's aka "Kangaroo courts" we held, which essentially involved being beaten and tortured by members of the gang. We have been continuing this for the past year as we carry out interrogations of high-ranking officers and gang members for information and engage in kidnappings of high value targets. Moreover, we have now restructured to become the Richardson’s Enterprise. This was carried out so we can invest resources in the legal world and not solely rely on income from illegitimate activities. As far as RP, we have an interest in both the illegal and the legal world, with the main aim of the Richardson's Enterprise being to have as much control of the city as possible. In terms of the legal side, we own over 50 properties throughout the city ranging in sizes, where we rent it out to civilians and anyone else who is interested. We also offer car rentals everything from supply vans to luxury super cars. Also, we have full ownership of the Diamond Casino with most members are employed, where we are trying to implement some RP within the Casino between civilians and the operations we conduct. Moreover, using the Casino we have held many events such as giveaways e.g., CMG coins (we have currently given over 250 million to the community and still counting), cars and free property rentals. Furthermore, we have recently been engaging with all organisations within the city, including both criminal and non-criminal, with this engagement we have been trying to implement a better RP story within the city. Thus, allowing us to maximise all avenues of RP that we can take part in and allow opportunities for other organisations to take part in. For instance, we have been consistently using the top Law Firm in the city, using their services to be our lawyers which helps us create RP between us and PD or anywhere else we need a legal consultant to represent us. On the other hand, in our illegal dealings we provide lots of different services, ranging from small or large firearm sales. The gang currently has a large weapon whitelist arsenal, with access to over 30, this allows us to control a portion of the gun market that’s in the city as we hold many of the popular weaponry. With the vast weaponry capabilities, we hold we conduct protection rackets for individuals and other organisations. This includes being guards are social events to providing protection during sales of drug paraphernalia e.g., LSD, Heroin, Weed and Cocaine. Additionally, we take part in the drug trade, we have created a subsidiary where we allow individuals to buy or sell illegal goods to gain profit for themselves. To stay on top of criminal activities that occur within the city we have created a highly specialised taskforce where the objective is to gather intel of any organisation or business. Furthermore, we are always looking for fast cash, so we rob the jewellery store and the Bank of England. We can execute these efficiently and maintain profitable margins. Besides this, we have recently started to offer money cleaning services for organisation and individuals. To ensure our organisation runs properly, we currently use a business structure known as the “tall organisation structure”. This type of structure means that there are many levels of promotions that can occur in the organisation for our members which also means that our members have incentives to work hard so they can rank up and at the same time we also de-rank and educate members for bad behaviour. We also, facilitate a system whereby the public can report our members, once reported we investigate the situation and the command team then put in place an appropriate consequence. But, any city rule breaks are taken seriously with a potential outcome of them being removed from the organisation.Where does your group reside?
